Hospice and bereavement art therapist Dana Rummery joins the show to give her take on how art can be a “thin place” for all of us and to provide insight on some simple ways that anyone can engage in art for self care - including scribbling, playing with play-doh, and throwing paint onto a canvas. Then, Rachael and Elizabeth chat with Dana about a popular legacy project that Dana helps her hospice patients to create with their loved ones.
